  DM Helpdesk Services

The Helpdesk handles questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from Departmental Management (DM) staff regarding computer hardware and software. It is the first point of contact for all computing and information resource queries. You can call in to see us or contact us by phone or e-mail. Response time is usually within 4 hours or less for most problems.

Hours of Service: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

New users must first complete the "DM New User Account Request" form. Print the form and fax to the DMHelpdesk at (202) 720-5537.
