As detailed at the May 15th webTA Standard Implementations Footprint Meeting, attached is the schedule for the webTA agency fit-gap sessions. These sessions will provide more specific information regarding the functionality of the webTA system, and will facilitate discussions to define critical, agency specific, T&A related configurations and requirements, workflow processes, security levels, etc.

To ensure full support in this USDA enterprise-wide initiative, it is imperative that each agency attend their assigned session, and that those in attendance be knowledgeable of their agency's T&A systems requirements, workflow process and be authorized to make such decisions on behalf of their specific agencies. In preparation for the sessions, please review the webTA questionnaire information submitted by your agency and note any additional information or requirements that may have been omitted. All sessions will be held from 9 am to 4 pm in the USDA South Building (1400 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC), Room 1623-S, Lincoln Room.)

Thank you in advance for your support. Collectively we are working towards the goal of increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and accountability of USDA's T&A System, as well as enhancing workforce management processes, consistent with the requirements of E-Government. Please forward any questions/comments regarding the upcoming sessions to the webTA Project Team at webTA@usda.gov. We look forward to meeting with you soon.
