Energy Efficiency Improvement Act of 2015
Mandates the development of model commercial leasing provisions and best practices to promote energy efficiency and water efficiency in Federal and other buildings. Amends the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 and the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975.

Established energy management goals and requirements while also amending portions of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (NECPA).

Energy Policy Act of 2005
Established Federal energy management requirements through FY 2015, reauthorized Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) through FY 2016, and added requirements for electric metering in Federal buildings.

Executive Order 13693 Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade
