Secretary's Executive Resources Board

The law requires that each Department establish an Executive Resources Board (ERB) to oversee and participate in the merit staffing and other executive level processes to assist the Secretary. The ERB reviews current and proposed SES/SL/ST policies for adequacy; and will ensure the provisions are consistent with Department’s mission, strategic planning objectives, priorities and goals established by the Secretary, and the law.
