Personnel Security

The Personnel Security Branch is responsible for making determinations regarding an employee’s suitability to occupy a sensitive position and/or eligibility for access to classified national security information.

Goals in Pursuit of the PSB Mission:

Personnel Security Goals: Continue modernization of the web-based Security Entry Tracking System (webSETS) Personnel Security database. Strive to meet personnel security processing and adjudication goals set by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (IRTPA).
